(an experiment on the subject_home)
...home is not something external, home is a internal state
of being. Kind of a sensation. An intimate, an amorphous,
a foggy, constantly changing sensation...
The video combines ordinary scenes of a car ride in the rain
with portraits of the prince and takes of supersonic images
of a baby inside the womb. All in slow motion. All enwrapped
in the sounds of "Cum dederit delectis suis somnum"
of Antonio Vivaldi. Inserted there arise 11 terms: a word
/ a veil / a touch / a face / a memory / a contradiction /
a place / an image / a promise / a goodbye / an illusion.
Home as veil, external impulses and internal sensations. Home
in every-day deeds, in movement, in art in virtuality, in
subconsciousness.
